Oh, what a cute image and I love the pink swirly/stripey card. Have you got an embellie of some sort you can cover up the little tear with? Perhaps a snowflake or a Christmassy button on that corner? I saw a tip on one of the craft TV shows about getting these die cut decoupages out of the sheet. Turn it face down and rub over the back where it's attached with a ball tool (or maybe the handle of scissors) and it should help to pop it out. If it's still attached then you could maybe just nick it with a craft knife. You could "sand" the little pips off with an emery board or try to cut them off carefully with scissors or craft knife.
