Creative Knockouts - Birthdays

New Release Day!

It's new release day over at Inky Impressions and boy is there some cuties!

Cute right?

Here is what i made:

I made an 8 x 8 card.  

The papers are Dovecraft (i think) But for the life of me can't remember the name of the pad so if anyone knows PLEASE tell me because it is driving me mad!

I coloured with promarkers

Cardstock is Core d'inations bling range

Candi is from Craftwork cards

Just a sentiment at Inky Impressions

Hi everyone, 

 i joined the inspirational team for Inky Impressions back in November, but due to a few personal problems, I've not been able to contribute until now.

I thought i would come in gently with a very simple but effective (in my opinion) clean and simple card.

The image is Butterfly Kisses Sentiment and is available in the store here  The colouring is done using my new Spectrum Noir pencils.

I used Lili of the Valley papers that were free in a magazine at some point last year 

Punched 2 butterflies using a Tonic Punch

Cuddly Buddly Golf Time

Hi everyone,

I have another Cuddly Buddly cutie here to share with you today!

This is Golf Time. 

 I knew i had to have this image when i saw it, my husband and father in law are big golfers so i am always on the look out for new golf images to use!

I coloured him with Spectrum Noir pencils.

The paper is from the Adam range at Crafters Companion.

The die cuts are cut on the Silhouette.

I'm an Inkette!!

Hi everyone,

I have some fab news to share with you today!  A while ago i applied to be on the Inky Impressions Design Team, i completely forgot about it until a couple of weeks ago when i had an email asking if i still wanted to be part of the team!  I love the images over there, so i jumped at the chance.

I am part of the inspiration team, so not set to a theme as such, so i can make a wide variety of projects.  Soooooo my first project, i have used 3 of the new releases from yesterday to create a recipe card holder!

The holder is a file, which is made to look like an apron is from the Silhouette store.  The paper on the apron is from Kanban

The recipe cards cut on the silhouette portrait.  The first is using Angelica's Yummy Goodies which is coloured with promarkers and is mounted onto BoBunny Mistletoe papers.

Next i used Baking Sammy and Chocolate Chimp Cookies Sentiment again coloured with promakers and mounted on Kanban papers.

How cute are they?!

Just popping by..............

Hi everyone,

Just popping by to make sure you don't forget me!

As you may know i am in the middle of moving at the moment and from tomorrow our internet will be off until the end of the month!! How did we ever manage without it before?!? I will have limited access but not enough to blog, so until i have it switched on at the other house, i will have to survive on my phone :-(

Anyway onto my card.

I have had this image for AGGGGGGEEEESSS and love her to bits! Her name is Gretel and she is fromm CC Designs, my version is actually a digi stamp but CC.Designs have stopped selling digis, but she is still available in Rubber form here

I coloured her with promarkers and accented her balloons and bow with stickles glitter glue.

The papers and embellishments are all from a Kaisercraft paper pad (i think)

The butterflies are punched from a Martha Stewart punch

The sentiment is 'Forever Friends'

The ribbon is from the Gorjuss Girls range.

Selfie Snowbuddy!

Just a quick post from me today 

Meet Selfie Snowbuddy, isn't he cute?! I have a 14 year old daughter who is forever taking selfies so this image may well be used for her Christmas card this year!  He also has a an ipod buddy too!

I coloured with promarkers and added glitter to the snow by using Stickles.

The papers and sentiment are all from the Craftwork Crafts, as is the candi which again is smothered with Stickles!
