Make it Crafty Geeky Love

This is a card i made for my friend that had a baby.

She had 2 children before the baby came so i wanted to make something a bit different and around the time she was due the Geeky Baby collection was released over at Make It Crafty! I thought this was ideal and wanted to make a sort of story book.

So the front represents their wedding

The left is the inside of the wedding one and represents her pregnancy, the next is the birth of a beautiful baby girl

The last is the reality of parenthood!  She has asked me to give her a slap if she has any ideas to get pregnant again!! LOL although i have told her she needs to keep having them to keep my broodiness at bay!

This was the card as a whole

The papers are from Craftwork Cards, the images from Make it Crafty and are coloured with promarkers.

LaLa Land Cowboy Luka

As you may know it is Father's Day in a couple of weeks so i have had a few orders for Father's Day Cards and this was the first.
I was asked to use Luka from La La Land.  I have had him for ages but not got round to using him! He is coloured with Promarkers.

The papers are Dovecraft and MME (i think)

Thanks for looking

A New Home Box Card

My good friend Kate recently moved home, so naturally i made her a card!  I wanted to do something a little different for her and have recently discovered box cards! So i made her this.  It is actually from the Silhouette Store.  I added the sentiment which i got from Birds Cards.  The butterflies are of course cut on the Portrait.  the papers are Kitsch from Craftwork Cards

I hope she liked it!

Long time no post!

Well it's been quite a while since my last post, but i have been busy, busy, busy!
I have quite a few makes to share, so here goes:

First of all is some large papier mache letters i painted.  My friend had a baby recently and i wanted to make something a bit different for her.  She has 2 girls and a boy so i thought these were a nice idea for their rooms or something.  I got the letters from eBay and painted with normal wall paint. Harry's letters are chipboard letters and the girls ones are cut on the Silhouette Portrait as is the dinosaur and the princess crowns.

I hope they all liked them
