A Pink Tilda

Shock Horror, i have made a Magnolia Tilda card!!!
I love tilda so much, but i don't always find time to make cards that aren't for DT work, so last night i thought right, i have got to make one and i just love this stamp!
I have coloured her with promarkers and flexmarkers.
The gingham paper is Crafts Too, the pink flower paper is Fizzy Moon (i think) and i am not sure about the cream paper, although i have a feeling it maybe Dovecraft.
The flowers are from Dottie 4 Crafts.
The leaves are punched using a Frond leaf Martha Stewart punch.
The ribbon and trim were from ebay.
The sentiment is Craftwork Cards.
The butterfly is a Cheery Lynne die.
The gems were in my stash.

Thanks for looking and i hope you like it!

A new DT and a card

Hi everyone,

I have some great news!  My lovely blogger friends Gemma and Carlyann asked me to be on their DT at Charisma Cardz and of course i thought about it................ for all of 2 seconds, before i said yes!  So here i am with my first challenge.  I am on Team Gem and our challenge is Masking and of course we have sponsors

Photobucket and  How great is that!!

Here is my project

I never make enough Magnolia Tilda cards, but i love them sooo much.  Tilda herself is coloured with Promarkers and the wall is coloured with Spectrum Noirs.   The gingham paper is from Dovecraft and the floral one is Kate Knight.

The border is punched using a Martha Stewart punch.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The gems and ribbon were in my stash.

Be sure to pop over to the challenge blog to enter and see what the rest of DT have done.

This card will be available in my shop later today.

Glitter Geeks DT - Flower Power

This week is my first week as a Design Team Member for The Glitter Geeks.  I am so excited to be part of their team, be sure to pop over and take a look at the rest of the DT.

For my first challenge the theme is Flower Power!  As most of you will know i love to put flowers on my cards, so this was right up my street.
Joanna Sheen

We are sponsored by Joanna Sheen who has kindly offered the winner a £10 voucher for her online store!  ( i wish i could enter!)
I decided to use this Magnolia Tilda, i love Tilda but due to the cards i make for my other DT's i don't use them too often.  I coloured her with promarkers and chalked the edges with some papermania chalks.  The paper is from First Edition, Dessert Bloom pad i think.

The border was punched from a border punch from EK Success.  The swirl i got from ebay.
The flowers are from Crafty Emmas Store and Wild Orchid Crafts as are the pins.  I added some white glitter to make them sparkle.
Here is a close up of Tilda.

Thank you for looking and be sure to pop over to Glitter Geeks!

3rd POST - A card and some news

OK final post from me today and it isn't a DT card!  I actually found some time to make a card that wasn't a DT card!

Image: Magnolia Tilda and Dog (2 seperate images) from new butterfly dreams collection.
Coloured with Promarkers
Lace and  gems from my stash
Flowers and pins from Crafty Emmas Store
Paper and Ticket are Tim Holtz
Corner embellishments are from Papermania (i think!)

Quite a few people have emailed me and asked for 3 things:  How they can buy my cards? And would i do a tutorial on my colouring and flowers?

Well, Oh My God how flattered am i???  Firstly, i will be putting some of my cards on ebay over the weekend, (this one is on there now)
And the tutorials?  Again how flattering??  I will try to get those done in the next couple of days.  If there is anything in particular you would like to see please email me and i will do my best to help.

I have noticed my followers have reached over 100 now!!!! So as promised i will now be adding a suprise to my candy which there is still time to enter (link at the top)

And last but not least, i would just like to say a great big THANK YOU to all of my followers, i do try to follow everyone that leaves a comment and i know i am a terrible follower, although i do visti regular i don't tend to leave comments, so i really apologise for that, i will try harder!

Thank you all once again!

Red and Black Tilda

This card is a little out of my comfort zone, but i really like how it has turned out.  Tilda is coloured with promarkers and glossed with glossy accents on the bow and arrow.  And there is glitter on her headband.  The card blank is from Craftwork cards. I'm not too sure where the paper is from as it was a bunch i brought from ebay.  The flowers are prima with card candy in the centre.  The black doily is cut from a nellie.  And the ribbon is from Crafty ribbons.

The Crazy Challenge - Lots of Love

This week's theme at The Crazy Challenges is Lots of Love and Our sponsor is

Hobbisimo

The theme being lots of love this week and Valentines day just around the corner, i thought i would make a valentines card (funny that!).  I have used 2 of the Magnolia Tilda stamps, which i absoloutely adore, they are coloured in promarkers and glossy accents have been added to the shoes.  The flower is a fabric flower which i just stuck on to add a bit of texture, this is from papermainia.

The flowers in the corner are fom Mulberry Crafts and Wild Orchid Crafts.  I was a bit annoyed when it came to putting the flowers on as i realised the only red flowers i had were the little tight buds, so i had to improvise!  But i think it works okay with the pink.  The pins, stamen and pearled stamen were all from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The backing paper of the heart is Forever Friends, not sure where i got the red one from.

The gems were all in my stash and took me ages to stick around the heard as they are so tiny!

And just a quick thank you to Jenny for the advice and to Jaqui for the Watermark!

Thanks for looking x

Valentine Tilda

I love this image of Tilda!  I coloured her with promarkers and added glossy accents to her little hearts. Although you can't really see it there is some lace in both corners.  The Red backing paper is actually a christmas paper!

Tilda in the Rain

I totally fell in love with this Tilda.  The paper i used for her was a freebie in a magazine a little while ago.

Updated Tilda!

I posted the infinished version of this the other day and asked for help.  As usual i can always rely on my followers to help me out and it was suggested that maybe putting flowers on it would complete it, so i did and i think i am a little happier with it now, but i'm still unsure.  Anyway here she is:
