Right here is my card

I have used a Simply B Stamp that will be coming to That Craft Place very soon.  I have coloured her with promarkers and inked around the edge with distress ink.

I haven't a clue where the papers are from, i'm afraid as they were in my scrap box.  

The flowers and ribbon are from That craft Place 

I hope you like it, i have trouble with Steampunk and am never confident with the final result!

I did make something else but i just didn't like it so i ended up starting over at the 11th hour!!

I used this Gorjuss Girl and coloured with promarkers

This gorgeous paper is First Edition as is the peach pink strip across the center. 

The ribbon is from That Craft Place.

The sentiment is Forever Friends

and the pearls were in my stash.

That Craft Place DT - A Sketch

This week at That Craft Place we have a brand new challenge for you sponsored by the wonderful Crafters Companion

Our theme is a sketch made by me

I have used a Magnolia Tilda stamp as the lovely Lisa has just started stocking them in the store, she is coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.

The gingham paper (i have a real thing for this at the moment!!) is from the Dovecraft Back to Basic II range

The purple flowers were in my stash, i think they were from eBay.  The white flowers are from Dottie 4 Crafts

 The ribbon is from That Craft Place

The corner die and Butterfly die are Cheery Lynne from That Craft Place

That Craft Place DT - Trees and Nature

That Craft Place DT - Monochrome

This week at That Craft Place we are sponsored by Indigo Blu for our Monochrome challenge

This is sooo not my thing but here is what i made

This gorgeous stamp is Dark Room Door which is available at That Craft Place Shop and as it is a vintage type stamp i though i would try to do a vintage/distressed card, did i pull it off?  I'm not sure.

The pram is coloured with promarkers and Flexmarkers, although in hindsight i wouldn't have coloured it.

The papers are Crafts too and Forever Friends and are inked with Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Faded Jeans

The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the buttons are from my stash.

There is lots of inspiration throughout the challenge from the DT over at the shop blog.

I have used this cutie from The Greeting Farm, available here in Lisa’s shop, That Craft Place.  I have coloured him with promarkers. The papers are First Edition Animal Antics. The buttons and letters were in my stash.

I used a round card from Anita’s range.

  The paper is from a pad free from a magazine a little while ago. 

The image is a C.C. Designs stamp from That Craft Place Shop and is coloured with promarkers. (colours at the end of the post)

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The leaf ribbon i got from ebay.

The pearls and lace were in my stash.

That Craft Place DT - SPRING

It's time for another challenge at THAT CRAFT PLACE and this time we would like to see your SPRING creations.

When i signed up for the DT the lovely Lisa sent me a goody bag to get me started.  Lisa was truly generous and sent me lots of papers, a stamp, some ribbon, cardstock, doilys and lots of embellishments!  Everything you see in the picture is from my goodybag and is available in Lisa's shop which has just opened and of course there is a website too! So be sure to pop over and check it all out.

The paper is First Edition, Stamp is Papermania and is coloured with promarkers.

New DT and a challenge

My lovely team mate and friend Erin, told me about a DT that was looking for a couple of new members and here i am !  The owner Lisa was nice enough to offer me a place and of course i said yes!!

  Now Lisa's store That Craft Place stock almost everything you can think of and is a crafters dream!

So my first challenge was an easy one of Anything Goes!

The card i made for this challenge ended up with a cup of Ribena over it courtesy of my darling 3 year old son, so this is one i made ages ago.  It is using a Crafty Sentiments coloured with promarkers.  The papers are Honey and Hugs.

Lisa's store That Craft Place stock everything from Molly Blooms, Crafty Sentiments, Whimsy Stamps, Spellbinders, Docrafts.  The list is ENDLESS! So pop over to the store and of course pop over to enter the ANYTHING GOES challenge.
