Mo Manning's Birthday Surprise Boy!

I was asked to make a birthday card for a friends grandsons friends 1st birthday. He is mixed race so Mo Mannings images are always our first go to.

We chose Mo's Birthday Surprise Boy Cwhich i coloured with promarkers.  

The papers are from LOTV Candles and Cake pad and mounted on blue mirror card. The balloons are die cut from a cuttlebug die.

Mo Mannings Kai is One!

I was asked to make a birthday card for a friend.  She asked for a girly 1st birthday.  I hope this is ok.

I chose Mo Manning's Kai is One G which i coloured with promarkers. I tried a different technique for the background and did dots in colours of the papers which are Bear Necessities from LOTV.  They are mounted on Kraft card.  The corner is from Prima SIIC

Mo Manning's 1st Birthday Boy

My Mums Craft Shop Guest DT - Just for the girls

A little while ago i applied for a DT Call over at MMCS and i was lucky enough to be chosen to guest for October!! BUT the lovely Kitty has said that the GDT can join in on the monthly challenges too!  I honestly feel honoured to be a guest over there as the talent of the other ladies is at such a high level!

Anyway, the challenge this month is Just for the Girls! Easy right?

A friend of my mums asked me on Thursday to make her a card which was needed for Friday! She wanted one for her granddaughters birthday.

The Wedding Dance

My best friends cousin is getting married next week and she asked me to make them a card, well obviously when you get married it is a special occasion, so i wanted to make something special!

I immediately thought of The Wedding Dance by Mo Manning which i coloured with promarkers.

The paper is from Boofle and has tiny glittered hearts on it.

The butterflies are die cut from a Cheery Lyn die

The flowers and leaves are from Wild Orchid Crafts

The sentiment is Craftwork Cards

Fairy Princess

I coloured this little cutie a while ago and found her in my box of coloured images and i just had to use her!

The paper i had already mounted for something else and not used it for that, so i thought a quick clean and simple card it was!

Haven't a clue about the paper sorry!

I have many favourite animals dogs, bears, pandas, monkeys but my all time favourite is elephants.  I have always loved elephants since i was a tiny girl and went to London Zoo and had a ride on one, i wanted to take it home with me.

Anyway onto my card:

I have used this gorgeous digi from Mo Manning called I forgot.  I coloured with promarkers and the background is done with distress inks (although i am not happy with the grass)

The papers are Wild Rose Studio Strawberry Picnic

The velvet ribbon is from my local market and was a bargain at 50p for 2 metres!!

The flowers are glittered with stickles and are from Wild Orchid Crafts 

The pearls were in my stash.

Mother in Laws Birthday Cards

In June it was my mother in laws birthday.  She is ALWAYS on her laptop play World of Warcraft, so when i saw this image, i knew it would be perfect!

The image is by Mo Manning and is coloured with Promarkers and pencils. 

The Sentiment is LOTV.  The papers are from the Me to You range and the flowers are from Crafty Emmas store and Wild Orchid Crafts.



The ribbon and gems were in my stash.

I also made her this one from my daughter.

This was using one of the toppers from a Me to You pack, i'm not sure if it was in the 12 x 12 papers or a decoupage pack.  The dotty paper is First Edition and the pink one is Crafts Too.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The ribbon is from Craftwork Cards (i think).  The sentiment is from Me To You range. 

Sorry about the rubbish pictures, but as some of you may know it is my birthday at the end of the month and i am hoping my husband will buy me a new camera! so the photos should improve then.
