Make it Crafty Clean and Simple DT Call

Hi everyone, 

I am here today to enter the Make it Crafty DT Call.

I love Make it Crafty, although i don't use them half as much as i would like! And just lately my cards have been very clean and simple so i thought i would have a go at the DT Call.

I made 2 cards the first: i used was Melody, i love her!! She is such a cutie.  

I coloured her with pro markers and spectrum noir pencils.

The paper is from Paper mania 

The gems and banner are from my stash.  

I think it's so simple but effective.

The second card  i used Felicity and again coloured her with promarkers and spectrum noir pencils.

I mounted her on to a die cut Kanban shape and added coordinating gems.

The sentiment says Birthday Wishes.

Teddy Bo 2!!

I went for a clean and simple card 

I embossed the back panel with Embossilicious Birthday Text Folder 

The image which is coloured with promarkers is TeddyBo_Number_Two

This is a very quick Clean and Simple card.

I used Jessica from Angelica and Friends from Crafter's Companion as were the papers that came out a couple of weeks ago!

I think its a great simple but effective card.

Jades Birthday Card

On the 16th May my eldest child, Jade was 12 and she asked me to make her a card, i had so many ideas and was hours away from making it when she told me she really liked Saturated Canary and could i make one using one of them!  She had specific requirements too, it had to be pink and black, not too childish and not covered in flowers!

Well this is what i came up with

The image is so Jade, WHEN she is at home she is always in her room with a book near her and sitting on her bed.

I coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers.

The card blank is 8 x 8

The papers are from Craftwork Cards as is the spotty ribbon

The pink ribbon is from That Craft Place

The pins are from Crafty Emma's Store

The Pink Pearls are from Dunelm.

Jade was really pleased with it, so i was happy!

Clean and Simple at Cardmadfairy DT

This week at Cardmadfairy Digi Days we would like to see your clean and simple projects

This week i used 2 Hearts

I mounted the heart on 2 nesties.  I was going to do a monochrome card but it just wasn't working for me, so i embossed the background card.

The red roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the gems were in my stash.
