I have coloured with promarkers and glittered with stickles

I kept it clean and simple and left space for a sentiment when i need one.

Baby Bea's Christmas

Hi all,

I have a Christmas card for you using Baby Bea's Christmas (TeddyBea _177) from Teddy Bo.com

I have coloured with promarkers and added stickles to the pom pom.

The papers are Honey and Hugs Festive Frolics from Papermania.

I cut baubles from pink glitter card and the words Santa's Little Helper from white glitter card both on the silhouette portrait.

The bow and gems are from my stash.

Teddy Bo Birthday Card

One of my best friends birthday was on Sunday and i wanted to make her a special card.  We have this little joke that she is 21 (although she's not lol) It took me forever to decide on the image but then i remembered i had these 2 cuties so that was perfect!

I coloured with promarkers. 

The image is actually 2 separates from Teddy Bo.

The papers are from Craftwork Cards

The lace, ribbon and gems are all from my stash

The sentiment is digitally created in word.

Teddy Bo Easter

This is the 2nd card i was asked to make for my friends grandson.

This one i have used Teddy Bo, I just love Teddy Bo and when i showed her this image she agreed!

Again, i struggle with boys cards so tried to keep it simple. 

The image is coloured with promarkers. The blue paper is Dovecraft and the chick paper is Forever Friends.

I'm Baaaack!

Hi everyone, 

Long time since i last blogged. So where have i been?

Well i stopped making cards for about a year and went onto Jewellery making, but then about 3 weeks ago someone asked me to make her some cards, so i thought OK i will give it a go and see how i feel.  I think i might have my mojo back! (touch wood)

I won't be making them religiously or putting myself under pressure to do them but i will do some for fun and a couple of orders i have.

Entries into challenges are below

Well anyway here are what i made:

First up is an Easter card, made using this Wee Stamps cutie, coloured with promarkers.

The paper is from Forever Friends Spring collection.

Next is a Mother's day card which here in the UK is on Sunday 10th March.

I used one of my favourite companies, Teddy Bo, I'm not too happy with my colouring but it is done using Promarkers.

The papers are Me To You and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Another Easter card here using this sweet image from Grandma Pearls blog ages ago.  Coloured with promarkers .

I'm not sure where the papers are from.

Clean and simple for the next one using this freebie from Stamp Fairy, coloured with promarkers.

And last but not least is this cutie from Di's Digis. Coloured with promarkers.  The paper is Forever Friends (i think) and Boofle (i think)

Incy Wincy DT - Anything Goes

This week at Incy Wincy we have everyones favourite theme:  ANYTHING GOES!

And we are sponsored by the fab Fantastic Ribbons.

It was my Mother in Laws birthday yesterday so this was the perfect theme for me.

I used this Teddy Bo image and coloured with pro and flexmarkers

The clouds are done with Distress Ink

The paper is from the Me to You range

 The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I recently won a £25 gift voucher for them, so i had alot of fun choosing!!

The little branch leaves are punched from a Martha Stewart punch.

The ribbon and charm i got from a seller on Facebook.

Teddy Bo Colouring Tutorial - UPDATED

THIS IS A PICTURE HEAVY POST!!

After my colouring tutorial on Forever Friends bear, i was asked how i do my Teddy Bo's So i thought i would show you, although this image doesn't have a lot of fur!!

What you will need: 

Teddy Bo image (this is one of the new ones released yesterday)

For the FUR

Cocoa 

Sandstone

Champagne - Flexmarker

Linen - Flexmarker

IF YOU DON'T HAVE FLEXMARKERS I WOULD USE PUTTY (in place of Champagne) and SATIN  (in place of Linen)

 For the CHAIR

Shale

Burgundy

Cardinal Red

Ruby

Lipstick Red

Burnt Sienna

Cocoa

Tan

For the BOOT FUR

Cool Grey 1

For the CROWN and CAPE

Egyptian Blue (True Blue)

Colbalt Blue

Artic Blue

CLOTHES

Gold

Buttercup

BOOTS

Raw Sienna

Nutmeg - Flexmarker (cinnamon)

Light Fawn - Flexmarker (ivory) 

WORDS IN BRACKETS ARE WHAT I WOULD USE IF I DIDN'T HAVE FLEXMARKERS

Sorry this picture is bright

Go round the edge with SANDSTONE

 Now over that with CHAMPAGNE dragging the SANDSTONE out 

 Then go over the SANDSTONE again

 Then again go over with CHAMPAGNE 

 Now go over it all with LINEN

 TWICE

 Then with a fine tip attached go round the edge with COCOA

Then over again with LINEN to blend.  

Do this until you are satisfied with the colour.

With SHALE go in the darkest area. (don't forget the bit in between the crown)

 Then with BURGUNDY go over the SHALE, dragging it out

 Now with CARDINAL RED go over the previous 2 colours

Now with RUBY repeating the same technique as before dragging the other colours out

Go over the whole thing with LIPSTICK RED

 Use the same method and colours for the trim of the chair and the rope around the bottom.

 Now using BURNT SIENNA go around the bottom of the chair

 Go over the BURNT SIENNA with COCOA dragging the previous colour out

Now using TAN colour the whole lot.

Using EGYPTIAN BLUE here

Then COBALT BLUE here dragging the EGYPTIAN BLUE out.

Go over it all with ARTIC BLUE (you may need to blend a couple of times)

For the clothes I used GOLD here

Blend with BUTTERCUP leaving a small white area for the highlights or go over it all with IVORY 

 Onto the boots RAW SIENNA around the edges

Go over the RAW SIENNA with NUTMEG dragging the previous colour out 

Go over the whole boot with LIGHT FAWN

Do the same process again but leave out NUTMEG

For the edges of the crown and the 'studs' of the chair i used gel pens
