Mother's Day cards x 2

You may remember a couple of weeks ago i made 2 Popcorn the bear cards that were identical but slightly different?
Well these 2 cards are for the same lady.

She wanted a card for her mother in law and a card for her mum.
They are for mother's day but when i showed her this morning she asked me to leave them as they are.

The image was a freebie from a magazine and is coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.

The papers are Dovecraft and Forever Friends.
The ribbons and pearls are from my stash
The butterflies which have Stickles on them are punched from Tonic Studios punch.
The mum balloons are from Fidgety Fingers.

Thanks for looking

My mum's Mother's Day Card

Hi everyone, i am slowly getting over the torn muscle in my shoulder, thanks to painkillers and i will be starting Physiotherapy soon, why is it always the hand you write with?  Anyway i have a card to share with you today.

This is the card i made for my mum for mother's day last weekend.  It is using the new Wild Rose Studio range, stamp and paper Bella.  How cute are these new stamps?  I coloured with promarkers.  The little butterfly is embellished with Liquid Pearls.  The ribbon is from Anita's.  The butterfly is punched using Tonic Studios butterfly punch.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I hope you like this, my mum did :-)

Incy Wincy Designs - Distressing

This week at Incy Wincy we are sponsored by The Stampfairy for our distressing theme.  Now my regular followers will know i don't really 'do' distressed as i don't feel i can.  But here is my effort.

I have used this cute Bunny, she has been in my computer for ages and not been used so i thought i would use her today.  I coloured her with promarkers and Copics.

Now another thing i don't really do many of is, Step cards, i never know what to do with the 'step' part lol.  I had to adjust this one slightly as i went a bit overboard with the flowers and it wouldn't stand up properly, so i added a slight bend and it was fine!  The flowers are from Crafty Emmas Store and Wild Orchid Crafts.  The heart beaded stem was from ebay (i think)
The tag at the back is a Magnolia Doohickey.  The one at the front i have had in my stash for ages and i thought it worked well with this.  The Butterflies at the back are punched from a Tonic Studios punch.  The tiny butterflies (and they are soooo tiny!) are punched from a Woodware punch.  All the butterflies have glitter on them.

The papers are Magnolia Tilda, i have had them for ages and could have cried when i cut them, they are so pretty!  The lace is self adhesive and is from my local craft shop.

Incy Wincy Designs - Flower Frenzy

This week at Incy Wincy our challenge is Flower Frenzy!! We are being sponsored by the fabulous Aspire to Thrive charity (ATTC)

I have used Chelsea, i think she is just gorgeous!  As always i have used Promarkers to colour her and mounted her on to a nestie.  The green backing paper is Dandelion and Daisy and the pink is K & Co.

The flowers are Prima and are held together with a brad.  The butterflies are punched from my Martha Stewart punch.  I have put little pearls on them for that little bit of depth. The swirl is a Sizzix die cut and is embellished with tiny gems.  The sentiment is from Craftworks Cards.  I have added a few gms to that too.  All of the embellishments and her dress have a tiny amount of stickles on them to make them really sparkle!!

Thanks for popping by and make sure you pop by the main blog to check out the rest of the DT's craetions!

Sarah Kay i think? NO IT IS BUGABOO!!! I MADE A MISTAKE!

I love this image!  It just really appealed to me.  The card is Top Notch by CraftWorks Cards, the paper is some from a Pink Petticoat paper pad that was free with a magazine.

I think this image is Sarah Kay, but i could be wrong (If anyone knows please let me know) I coloured her with promarkers.  No it is Bugaboo! Sorry for the mistake!

The butterflies are punched from a Martha Stewart punch and glitter with stickles.

The flowers, pins, lace and stamens are from Wild Orchid Crafts and Mulberry Crafts.

The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons.

DigiStamps4Joy - Scraplift it challenge

This fortnight at Digistamps4Joy the challenge will be to “scraplift it”, based on one of the DT creations… easy!
I have used last month's cute freebie which is available here, she is coloured with promarkers.  I added a gem to her belt for a little extra bling!  The paper is part of the Percy the penguin christmas range, the butterfly embossing is a spellbinders folder and is done on Bazzil cardstock.  The butterflies are Martha Stewart Monarch and to add an extra sparkle to them i put 3 little gems on them.  The flowers are from ebay and the flourish you can just see is a cuttlebug die cut!

Pot of flowers

This was a 'throw together' card, i was playing with my flowers and decided to make a card that was a little different, think it has worked quite well!
The flowers are a selection of Prima flowers and 3d roses. The backing paper was a freebie from a magazine, the card was in my stash and the butterflies are punched from a Martha Stewart punch.
