I used this little cutie from Dtsarts.com. She is coloured with promarkers and cut with a Nellie Snellen die.

The papers are from Craftwork Cards.
The border was cut through my Grand Calibur by my 8 year old son, using an Xcut die.
Butterflies are punched from a Woodware 3/4” punch and have got Frosted Lace Stickles for their bodies.
The gems and flowers were in my stash.
